Bucharest, 21 august 2012 – Veridian Systems, the first MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) in Romania, is ready to start business following the completion of the technological platform based on which it will offer specific services. Furthermore, its registration with the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) was also finalised.
Veridian Systems makes available to companies willing to attract new customers and/or to carry out loyalty programs for the existing ones by offering mobile telephony services, as well as to telecom operators, a modern and complete technological platform, before and after launch advisory services and technical support. As MVNE, Veridian Systems intermediates the partnership between mobile network operators and the companies willing to become Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), providing the necessary support for a quick time to market.
“The MVNO market is very well developed in UK, Germany, France, Belgium, where MVNOs represent opportunities to generate additional revenues and to attract new customer segments, operating successfully for more than 10 years. The set-up of Veridian Systems is a significant progress towards the development of such operators locally too.
During the 4-month period since we announced the launch of the first MVNE, we managed to finalise the technological platform, which is essential to our business. At the same time, we already started the discussions with the mobile network operators and, moreover, approached a series of potential customers interested to become MVNOs, working in sectors such as retail, FMCG, trade and banks”, Marian Velicu, General Manager of Veridian Systems stated.
“With the help of our partners Computaris and Prime Telecom, we offer all the resources needed for the organization of virtual network operators. Veridian Systems technological platform secures a quick launch with small investments, while our team of specialists is ready to grant advice during each stage of the process”, Marian Velicu added.
By using the services of an experimented MVNE, a MVNO reduces market entry risks, commercial risks, as well as the financial, time and human resources invested for obtaining the specific know-how.
